Good food plays an important role in both of our lives. From the simplest local restaurants to the hidden gems anywhere in Spain. In addition, Lieke likes to conjure with her talent in our own Spanish kitchen. Lieke likes to work with traditional recipes and local products from the immediate area. Sometimes with a wink or a surprising twist, but always with respect for the origin. Be a friend at the table. Enjoy a varied breakfast or sit down for an honest but exceptionally tasty dinner.
Good food calls for distinct wine, which is why we always have a wide selection of local wines and wines that we personally prefer. Of course, always from one of the great Spanish wineries that makes the country so apparent. Salud!
